    现在

    班次换了之后，似乎多了不少属于自己的时间。
    可以睡个小懒觉，可以下班后找想翘班的小马逛街、聊天。
    不错，不错~~~
     
    从北京回来后，是人见了我都说胖了，实在郁闷！
    减肥这件事情又被提上日程了。
    我记得穗子曾经说的一句话：“我要是瘦不下来，我这一生可能都在减肥”
    唉，女人啊……总是在减肥、减肥成功、懈怠、反弹、重新减肥中徘徊！
